Policies

  • 20% deposit

    A 20% deposit will be paid at time of booking, which will go towards the service.

    The remaining total will be paid after the service is completed.

  • Cancellations/reschedule/no shows

    We know that life can be busy and full of the unexpected, so if you must cancel your treatment, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid losing your 20% deposit (will not be refunded).

    Should you not arrive for your scheduled reservation, or cancel within the 24-hour period prior to your reservation, you will forfeit your 20% deposit.

    Clients that ‘no show’ may not be able to rebook in the future.

    You will be required to pay a 20% deposit upfront, when scheduling. The remaining balance you will pay after the service. The deposit will not be refunded if you are to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours before your service or no show.

    If you should need to reschedule (before 24 hours of your appointment) you will be able to transfer your deposit to ONE future date. If you are unable to make the rescheduled appointment you service will be cancelled. A new deposit will be required.

  • Parking

    Beaute by Taimia is located at 7617 Melrose Ave, Los Angeles, Ca 90046 in the back of Melrose Beauty Center and Salon. Walk through the front entrance to the back of the building to access my salon suite.

    There are metered parking spaces in the front of the building. Also, there is open parking along Stanley Ave. allowing 2 hour parking from 8am-6pm.

  • FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED

    We accept Zelle, Venmo, and exact cash at the end of the service.

    Beaute by Taimia does not accept personal checks.

  • GRATUITY

    We always respect your tipping decisions. You may give a gratuity by Zelle, Venmo or exact cash at check out.

  • Running late?

    Arriving late cuts down on your valuable treatment time. If you arrive late, your treatment will still end on time in consideration of the next client. For waxing treatments, we are usually able to accommodate an arrival of up to five minutes late and will complete the service as much as possible within the allotted time that is left. For all other services, for arrivals up to 15 minutes after the appointment start time, the service will be accommodated as much as possible with the time that is left. We will always accommodate as much of the appointment time as your late arrival allows.
